In honor of Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week, we celebrated all our hard working and dedicated DSP’s. Across The NEEDS Center organization, we had breakfast, lunch and other celebrations all week long to say ‘THANK YOU’ to all that make us great.  

This was our first year of hosting a milestone celebration at Wamesit Lanes. Recipients of our Above & Beyond Awards, Five Years of Service Award and Ten Years of Service Award were treated to lunch, bowling and an awards ceremony.  It was an afternoon filled with fun and well-deserved recognition.  In Florida, our Above & Beyond Award winners gathered at our ADT for an award ceremony and celebration. Thank you to all of our incredible team members in Massachusetts and Florida for your commitment to the people we support.  

Direct Support Professional Recognition Week is an opportunity to highlight the direct support workforce that is the heart and soul of support for people with disabilities. Our celebrations focus on the work of these incredible professionals and mark just a small fraction of the recognition that they deserve throughout the year.
