Jim Sperry, MS, BCBA is the President, CEO and Co-Founder of The NEEDS Center. Jim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for over 30 years. Jim has overseen and implemented in-home supports for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, developed and opened dozens of group residences for individuals with developmental disabilities, specializing in providing services and supports to individuals with challenging behavior. Jim has published several scholarly articles on services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
