The NEEDS Center's Board Members work with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the leadership team to serve the interests of people who are supported by The NEEDS Center and their families. Board Members are expected to become familiar with The NEEDS Center's mission, vision, history, programs, plans, by-laws, and financial status, through ongoing meetings and other initiatives.
